How it Works
- We send a coffee pack to your team member at least 1 week before schedule event.
- We schedule a zoom call with your team where our professionally qualified trainer brings your through the brewing process.

Packs
What's included in each pack?
Both packs include a one hour private live team building event
All packs contains a Hario 02 size V60, Filter papers, 2 x 60g taster coffees (pre-ground) & some delicious chocolate treats.
Irish coffee pack includes Whistler Whiskey (2x) and a latte glass.
We can also provide a tea pack for anyone on your team who is not a coffee drinker.
Is the equipment good quality?
YES. We only use speciality grade coffee. This is the highest graded coffee you can buy.
Our tasting coffees are pre-ground specifically to be brewed with the Hario V60. In the yellow and brown packs we send the coffee in wholebean
But don’t take our word for it… try it for yourself!
Can our team re-use anything in the pack?
Yes. They can re-use the Hario V60 coffee brewer along with leftover filters after the live event
Shipping
Who is your courier?
We use DPD in Ireland and the UK. Each parcel is tracked and signed.
What happens if the pack doesn’t arrive?
We will be tracking all packs through our couriers (DPD) tracking system.
All team members will receive a text and email when arrival of pack is due
If something doesn’t get delivered we will send out another pack in time for the zoom event.
Do we deliver internationally?
Yes, we can deliver to any destination you wish. Just get in touch and we will sort out the logistics.

Can I book directly through your office?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order only if we haven’t sent out your packs.
If your packs are sent out then unfortunately we must charge you in full.
Can we increase our numbers?
Yes that’s no problem. Once you inform us at least 3 days before your scheduled virtual meet up.
is there a minimum / maximum number of participants needed ?
Yes there’s a required minimum of 6 people for our virtual event bookings.
However there’s no maximum number of people.
